Forever Greene Qannik

Qannik is from Doonerak's second litter.  Her sire is Intervale Rock the Boat and if you saw them next to each other there would be no doubt that they are father and daughter.
Qannik is definitely her Daddy's girl, she exhibits her ability to twist into the shape of a pretzel while laying on his lap watching TV.  We often marvel at some of the positions she gets into having no apparent bones.

She is a little girl at just 21 inches and 45 pounds but her size makes her an ideal agility dog.  She is learning, now if she can just learn to focus on the job at hand and forget about the judge and the audience she will be great.  She is a natural ham, playing to the audience with play bows and big roos.  They laugh which encourages her more.  She, hopefully will settle down, she is still very much a puppy.  She is also shown in conformation with her sister Talis.  She has won a Best of Breed and a Best of Miscellaneous Class, Best of Breed in our Specialty, and is the first Chinook to earn a Certificate of Merit.
She has finally settled down enough to earn her Novice Agility, Novice Agility Jumpers, Novice FAST, and Novice Rally titles. She has qualified, along with her sister Talis, for AKC/Eukanuba National Championships in Orlando, FL on Dec. 18, 2011.

Qannik tried her paws at sledding last winter and did a fantastic job, pulling alongside her sister and her friend Birr.  It is amazing that such a little girl can pull like that.

Qannik is a very healthy girl with Good hips and normal eyes.  We are considering breeding her in the spring if a suitable sire can be found. In the mean time she will remain Daddy's girls and Mommy's agility parnter.
