Doonerak was born on June 7, 2002 in Purcellville, Virginia. She was a member of the first Lighthouse litter bred by Scott and Karenjean Krammes. She is confident, out going, and a friendly Chinook. She loves people, other dogs and even cats. She loves to grab a bone and run up to Raluk and Dukavik to tease them with it. She just wants them to chase her. She can run like the wind and cut a corner so sharp that we wonder why she doesn't fall over. Her call name means "devil" or "spirit" and she is both. She is a clown and a dear sweet cuddler all wrapped in a beautiful Chinook body.
She got her sire's color and sweetness and her dam's stature. Doonerak has OFA fair hips and a normal CERF. She is an active, health Chinook.
Doonerak has her AKC Novice Agility, Novice Agility Jumpers, Open Agility and Open Jumpers Titles. She is now working on her Preferred Agility Titles. She has both of her novice preferred titles and we are currently working on preferred open. We are also working on AKC Tracking. We hope to be ready for the Tracking Dog test this fall. She passed her Canine Good Citizen test and also her American Temperament Test Society test and is a Certified Therapy Dog. She has been show in UKC Conformation and AKC Conformation. She is a UKC Grand Champion and has been selected Best of Breed in every AKC Conformation Match she has been entered in.
